Loved it. Location was amazing - on the beach with amazing views. Staff were very friendly and helpful and never stopped cleaning both inside and outside. Room was spacious and great to have fridge, microwave etc Great breakfast.

I like the Hampton Inn experience. The rooms are always so nice. The pool at this location had just been opened and it was so nice! It was heated well and relaxing.

The beach is always a great choice.

The beach is always a great choice. Sunset Beach and Sea Trails Resort where we stayed is mostly a golf retirement community. There is none of the circus of Myrtle Beach and thats perfect for relaxing!. Everyone here smiles and waves, very friendly atmosphere. SB is also a bird sanctuary community, perfect for bird watchers, and turtle spotters! SB has all the amenities you need with a laid back, casual feeling. Check out Calabash for the best seafood, we ate at Seafood Hut. This is where Calabash fish and shrimp were created! It was mid-March when we visited so the beach was still chilly. I would come back again in the summer to spend the whole day at the beach.

Sunset beach is beautiful.

Sunset beach is beautiful. Much better than the crowded, nasty beaches of myrtle. We drove into Southport, as I love the movie “safe haven”. Ate a lovely dinner at the “fishy fishy” cafe, and took a stroll around this quaint town.

The room was too small.Get rid of your sofa bed and put in a small table and chairs . As long as you force your guests to eat in their rooms, you need to provide a space for them to sit. Your TV trays in the closet just don’t get it. All the instruction notes in the room I found to be offensive. You are much too controlling and it shows. I guess you feel you have a captive audience during the season. But in the off season you don’t. We took a chance and were very disappointed. Once was enough for us.!

The location was great. Very close to Sunset Beach pier and only 3 miles to Ocean Isle. Within 3-5 miles of many good restaurants and only a short drive to North Myrtle and Cherry Grove. Quiet and peaceful. A wonderful screened back porch that I took full advantage of. Just a few steps and you are at the clubhouse. Our rooms were clean and the kitchen equipped with all the necessities. Comfortable beds and linens. Washer and dryer in the suite. Great communication with the property manager. Will definitely return!

Perfect condo for a weeklong workcation. We worked from this condo all week and walked on the beach after work before we grabbed dinner in Calabash. We cooked in the kitchen 2 nights and had everything we needed. Convenient to the Food Lion for groceries. Very clean and modern. Nice view of the golf course and river. Parking is close and available.

The place was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We cooked dinner one night and I was impressed with the amount of utensils. The soft blanket in the living room was also a nice touch. My granddaughter is always cold so she loved it. Thanks for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay! It is conveniently located close to the beach and stores. One of the nicest and cleanest places we have stayed at since coming to Sunset Beach starting in 2011/2012. The pictures do not do this place justice, it’s beautiful and well taken care of in person!
