I would really like to thank the manager of the hotel, who helped us sort out a very serious problem with my credit cards at a time when I could not contact my bank (bank holiday). Your kindness, availability and smiling attitude despite the difficult circumstance were very much appreciated!

The apartment was really lovely, beautifully decorated and spacious. Parking was available in the street outside, and the location was great for walking all around Natchez, which we did. We used the cooking facilities and the kitchen was well equipped.

I had to step out for work-related reasons and needed to leave my family at the hotel for a bit longer. I inquired about the possibility of a late check-out, and the staff were extremely accommodating. I simply asked if I could check out approximately an hour and a half later than scheduled, and they immediately agreed, assuring me it was not an issue. This was my main concern during our stay, and I was very pleased with how helpful and understanding the staff were.
