Nice and helpful staff. Especially owner's son. Good location. Hotel is close to the airport. Very spacious and clean room. We had early flight and it was to early for breakfast but they gave us take away boxes with food.

Brand new hotel in the new Khiva city, reached by short taxi ride (Yandex GO). Precious decoration as per Uzbekistan carpet and pottery art. Good variety of food and drink for buffet breakfast. The Grand Castle Hotel was a superb hotel, the interior decor is amazing. It is very cozy and comfy. I loved the staff, they helped me out so much, very responsive and very helpful. The location of the hotel was amazing and so close to the airport!

The team at Antalya Grand Palace make the hotel what it is - they are always there to help you. One of the biggest apprehensions we had with coming to Uzbekistan was people who can converse in English as the main languages are Uzbek and Russian. As you can appreciate this is worrying when travelling to a country for the first time. On arrival we were greeted by a professional, courteous young man called Feruz. Upon meeting him we could tell he was passionate about his job and career in leisure and hospitality - managing the desk and helping customers with their stay. Feruz spoke good English and helped us a lot and made our stay feel homely. The other team members including the breakfast service staff were very accommodating and provided an excellent variety of food and snacks in the morning. The team make-up for any shortcomings in the facilities. Other points of note were the rooms are very generously sized and maybe the bathrooms could have been slightly larger as the layout in our room was pretty tight. Also, the water was look warm even after running for a while. The air conditioning units need looking at as they were blowing hot air out. Given we have come in October and the weather is warm but comfortable this did not matter much. Thank Antalya Grand Palace for making our stay homely.
