Nice location, close to the old town. Restaurant next to the hotel. Kind and helpful staff.

Small hotel almost opposite the main entrance to heritage park. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Worth exploring the bazaars and town, lots to see. I stayed 2 nights in a luxury room 20 dollars per night with own bathroom. A bit noisy being next to restaurant kitchen but ok.

We loved our stay! We did not stay in this guesthouse due to a scheduling conflict, but they arranged a wonderful place for us to stay in town. We stayed above the ice cream shop, hosted by a wonderful family. We felt like we met the whole town. The students in town were very excited to have a chance to speak English, smiling and saying hello when we passed. The host arranged a long hike for us with students. He also arranged transport for us all the way back to Samarkand, which helped us so much and was very appreciated.

Very nice staff, great garden, super nice room

Rooms were very comfortable. Very nice bathroom with hair dryer. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Food was excellent. Price was very decent. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

After you take off your shoes you enter a huge hall with kilims on the floor and a table full of candies, dry and fresh fruits, nuts. Gulnara, the mother of the owner, a super friendly lady, prepared us immediately watermelon and tea. For breakfast she made us so many samosas with pumpkin to take them for the road. She also gave us a huge salad with vegetables (we are vegans). I wish there was a dressing, but I was too shy to ask. We also had fried eggplants with tomatoes on top and porridge. Before we left she gave us a bag with nuts for the road. Another omnivore couple had a varied and rich breakfast as well. There is a kitchen where you can use the fridge and the microwave. When we needed something she couldn't understand she called her son who speaks excellent English. By the way the room is very nice, we loved the embroidered bed cover. The bathroom is also very clean. For two people there were 6 toothbrushes! It's walking distance to the Ak Saray Palace. No need to pay the entrance ticket. It can be perfectly seen from the outside. There is a good restaurant (Kesh-Mish) at about 300 m from the guesthouse.
