The place is very quiet with a beautiful garden and a view of the surrounding nature. The staff was very kind, and the receptionist Henry took exceptional care of us:) They offer scooter rental, laundry service (which was great!), and will help you organize trips around Cat Ba or book buses to following destinations.

First time i've rated a 10 but i loved staying here, the best guest house i've stayed so far. To swim in the pool surrounded by mountains was quite magical. It was a little like a resort than a homestay with an open feel, table tennis table, pool table, sea view(some rooms). My room was great, well equipped and the wifi for me was super fast. The family were so generous and helpful, i felt part of the family while i was there. I met some lovely guests here too. The location is away from the main road etc making it peaceful. Town is about 2.5kms from The Homestay though they do rent scooters(Tong Thu Beach next to town is lovely). I was a little nervous to stay at first because i read some bad reviews on google maps just before check in but thankfully, the claims in those reviews were not true at all. Overall fantastic, especially considering the very affordable price.

The value for money was exceptional. It was a great hotel, even without considering how little we paid for the accommodation. The concierge was very helpful. Breakfast was good, and the place is well located. It’s nice that the hotel offered motorbike hire.

Clean, quite and very locations. The hotel in a conor just 5 minutes to walk away from hotel to the main street. They are providing a lot of good options for us and i book all. Lan Ha and Ha Long bay tour was perfect, trekking tour absolutely you should not miss it Thank you to Truy the guys at the receptions very helpful

We had a lovely stay here, the hotel manager was incredibly helpful, attentive and kind with us. Laundry service was good. The hotel room is very spacious and it has incredible view to the "lake". Very close where all the restaurants and nightlife is, but still far enough to no suffer its loudness. Anyhow, there were some typical karaoke street singers which made the afternoon's a bit more "entertaining".

We do check in early around 9am after very long way from Ha Giang to Cat Ba. The reception is so kind and very good at english. he did very well his job, when we arraive he takes 10 minutes to tell us everything to do as a tour guide. high recomendation for this hotel. Just come and check how it is
