A really lovely homestay in a peaceful little town. Perfectly situated between Sapa and Ha Giang to split up your journey. Xoi and her family are extremely kind and hospitable hosts. The traditional rustic bungalows are comfortable, private and really clean with a great running hot water system! Really appreciated the free water included and family dinner for 150k pp is a must. Just note that due to the location, there aren’t restaurants or cafes around and the shops have little variety for snacks. Not a problem for us, just part of the adventure!

We stayed 4 nights at Jack Ecolodge and we had an amazing time. We were hosted with such attention, the place is beautiful. You eat amazing food and wake up with the sound of the river. The family host is so sweet and you will feel like home. Besides, the area is amazing, either for hiking, riding around or just rest !

This place is amazing! We got to go fishing, harvest cinnamon, go to a local market, and swim in a waterfall. Our family loved being at this quiet and authentic eco lodge. If you are going to Vietnam and want to go somewhere authentic, then come here. The hosts speak great English and were amazing.

It is very difficult to get here but if you want the experience it’s well worth it. I was relieved at how hospitable the hosts are.
