Adam at the reception was so welcoming, helpful and friendly! The breakfast was amazing!! Also the best service we had in 3 weeks Vietnam, in 8 other high end hotels. We also returned to elegant suites after a cruise in Halong. We usually never book a hotel for the second time.

Westlake Lion Boutique Studio & Spa – 10 out of 10 🌟 Everything here, from floor to ceiling, is done with taste and attention to detail. The freshness and coziness are felt in every little detail. The bedding is simply magnificent: soft, comfortable pillows and an airy duvet all create the impression of being gently embraced. The pristine white robes and towels add a touch of luxury. 😌🛌 The spa center is a true place for rejuvenation. Everything shines with cleanliness and freshness. I booked a two-hour massage, and it was, without exaggeration, the best I've ever experienced. After the session, the jacuzzi bath completely relieved the fatigue and tension from the flight. Special thanks to therapist Binh for his golden hands. 💆‍♀️🛁 And of course, the breakfasts are a special story. Every day starts with variety: aromatic local pho, fresh pastries, salads, sausages, and fruits. The chef prepares eggs to your liking, and it's genuinely pleasant to feel such care in the morning. 🍲🥐🍳 The entire staff is very attentive and kind. 😊 This hotel left warm memories in my heart, and I will definitely return here again. I highly recommend choosing a room with a window. The views from the windows are simply stunning – they add an extra sense of space and harmony. 🌅🖼️ The morning light streaming into the room and the views of the surroundings create a special atmosphere that makes your stay even more enjoyable. This is truly one of those cases where you should treat yourself and enjoy the beauty that surrounds you. 🌿✨ Mika receptionist is very nice and was kind to us ❤️

I used it from early morning until late at night while in transit, and it was able to be used without any problems during those times. The room was clean and had a dryer, yet it was very reasonably priced.
