A little off the beaten path of the Ha Giang loop, this place is cosy and has everything to offer that an exhausted rider could ask for. Comfy beds, AC, friendly staff and walking distance to some local shops and restaurants. Great value for money and definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful time at the Bao Lac Homestay. Tuan welcomed us warmly and treated us like family. He was a very attentive host and gave us tips for hikes and activities in the area. We loved the family dinner with the other guest, lots of super delicious dishes and a lot of happy water. The included breakfast was great as well with eggs, crepes, bread, noodle soup, fruit and traditional coffee etc. The place has an amazing view too, it‘s situated on a hill outside the town. We were in the newly built small rooms which were cosy and rustic and had direct access terrace. We can definitely recommend and will come back if we are in the north of Vietnam again!

Very good value for money because the dormitory is actually almost private rooms because everyone has their own door. The most comfortable mattress in all of Vietnam felt like I was back in Europe I slept very well. Also included in the price was breakfast and bananas and water for guests.The owner was very nice always asking me if I had everything I needed. I also had dinner there and very good food. Nice big balcony where I could do yoga with a view. In short I recommend it
