Everything the hotel is run by a young couple. Rooms were spacious and super clean. HoA who runs the place is courteous and humble. We stayed there for 2 nights we really had a wonderful time staying there.thank you hoa Making the trip wonderful

The stay at Karst Villas was unforgettable. The location is extremely beautiful and quiet, a little bit away from the city, so peace and relaxation are guaranteed. The rooms are clean and tidy with wonderful views from the windows. And the biggest advantage of this place is the people. The owner and all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, both in arranging the arrival to the place in the middle of the night and in booking the tours, taking care of and helping in any way they could. And finally, I must mention that we had some of the most delicious meals in all of Vietnam.

We had a really nice time here. The owner was super nice and helped us with everything, booking our tour and bus, and even picked us up from the bus stop at like 4 a.m. Definitely above and beyond. The bungalow was lovely as well, with a cute seating area below the house where we had breakfast every day. The pool was also nice to cool down in. You can rent a bike or scooter and drive anywhere, as it's a small town and things are pretty close by. Would definitely recommend!

This is one of the most genuine recommendations I have made. Don't hesitate to book a stay at Phong Nha Farmstay, it really is a gem of a place with comfortable fascilities, a fantastic vibe and great staff. Just the perfect base to both kick off after busy days of travelling and to explore Phong Nha. It might cost a bit more than other places in the region, but it's worth every VND. I ended up staying 3 nights and spent one of those days solely at the farmstay, just enjoying the pool + restaurant and a recommended 5km cycle tour in the valley. The last day I booked one of their easyriders for a tour to Paradise cave and the botanical garden. Can highly recommend! Also, make sure to join the morning walk in the village - it was such a good introduction to the area. My room was even nicer than the pictures (even though I apparently had the smallest room, not the suite as first booked). There are different themes available for dinner every night in addition to the excellent a la carte.

We stayed 3 nights at Greenfield Ecostay and wished we could have stayed longer. The location is stunning, with the most amazing views over the rice fields. The pool is the best I have seen in Vietnam. Rene and his wife are very friendly and offer great travel tips, they also offer motorbikes that can be hired to explore the surrounding areas. The caves, mountains and forests of Phong Nha are truly stunning and well worth exploring.

We stayed 2 nights with Hannah and her family. Hanna is sweet, friendly and so welcoming. The homestay has a great location, not in the busy centre, but still close enough to go there by bike. You can use the bicycle for free. Hanna also helped us organize a day out with 2 easyriders to visit the caves and beautiful nature of Phong Nha. We enjoyed cycling the beautiful countryside and rice fields around Banana's homestay. Our room was big and clean and we enjoyed the mountain view from our balcony. We enjoyed breakfast and a delicious home cooked meal. If we come back to Phong Nha, we'll stay with Hannah and her lovely family again.

The location is very beautiful on the shore of the lake. The hotel itself in a large area and various buildings. The staff is very nice and helpful. The meals and cocktails in the restaurant are very good.
