Excellent hotel. Staff were exceptional. Location was great. About 15 minute walk to Sun Plaza. 40 minute walk to CatCat, but staff will call you a cab if you prefer. Great restaurants all around the hotel. Variety store right next door. Made to order breakfast. Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was lovely. Full bath with a walk in shower. Very comfortable bed.

A truly remarkable experience, 5 star services and the stuff was always friendly and willing to help you. The breakfast was magnificent and we also enjoyed the spa facilities that it was beyond anything that we tried till now. If you will be in Sapa that’s the hotel you have to treat yourself. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. Location: The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access provided by property through Hotel's EV shuttle to public transportation and nearby attractions. Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless, with clear attention to detail in every corner. Room: My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning mountain and valley view. Bed and Pillows: The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were plush and supportive - I slept like a baby! Staff: The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Breakfast: The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious, with something for every taste. Ambiance: The hotel's ambiance was warm and inviting, with a lovely atmosphere in the lobby and common areas. The best part for us was the countryside .

The best part for us was the countryside . The town Was surprisingly noisy, lots of bright lights on the buildings. I expected a quaint town not a very busy touristy place. We took a private taxi 5-6 hours from Hanoi. Very long journey, the last part of the journey is a very steep incline with very rugged roads.

We absolutely loved SA PA.

We absolutely loved SA PA. I would recommend 2 days as it can get froggy to make sure you can see the sites but plenty to do and the people are really nice. I would 1000% come back. The views are absolutely incredible.

Sa Pa City was mostfly in deep fog when I was there early...

Sa Pa City was mostfly in deep fog when I was there early December. The city itself, nothing to write home about, but a good place to travel in to and the biggest city in the region so ofc prefered to use as a base for other activities. The real adventures are outside this gloomy town. Will come again, but spend as much time as possible outside the city.

Very nice town with a pleasant climate.

Very nice town with a pleasant climate. Shopping markets and streets are within a walking distance from the hotel. Restaurants are nearby with many verity to choose from. We experienced the sleeper bus from Hanoi which were very nice new experience for us.

I was in Sapa for a total of 6 days , broken up by 2 treks.

I was in Sapa for a total of 6 days , broken up by 2 treks. Sapa is much busier than I expected, however exploring the town area itself was easy if you were happy to walk, with plenty of nice food options. The Hmong people are lovely , even if you don’t buy from them. Sapa needs to get rid of single use plastics to protect their environment before it’s too late. Fansipan is awesome, Homestay trekking was perfect with Sapa as a base

We were only here for 2 days but could easily have stayed at...

We were only here for 2 days but could easily have stayed at least an extra 2 days to see more. Sap was great for Fansipan the highest Mountain in Indochina, Cat Cat village, Moana Sapa and the culture. We had a herbal hot tub at one of the Spa places and it was a great experience, highly recommended as it is something you can't always do. We had the buffet lunch at Fansipan and we had dinner at the local night markets which was great. We caught the sleeper bus up and the sleeper train back down but the bus journey to the train station was a bit hectic. I think you can easily just use another sleeper bus to your next destination. Grab is so easy and cheap here.

I loved everything about this hotel, I am so glad we stayed here it was our highlight of Vietnam. I am glad we did not stay in the city centre of Sapa even though this meant getting a taxi to places, being able to sleep next to valley and the rice fields was a magical experience. We did a hiking tour with a local guide and we started next to the hotel and was the best 7 hours of the trip. I highly recommend staying a couple of nights here to disconnect and enjoy the beauty of Sapa.

Loved everything about this hotel. It's a little distant from the sapa town - you need to drive or take a taxi, but it's worth getting the absolutely best view you can imagine. By far, my best stay in Vietnam. Also, they have a local driver - Mr. Long, who is the coolest dude. He helped me a lot in addition to driving me around.

The hotel is immaculate with lots of lovely little touches, complimentary toiletries just the most amazingly huge comfortable bed and amazing buffet style breakfast. But what stood out was the helpfulness and smiles of the staff.. just couldn’t do enough for us. Location is great for exploring North Vietnam!
