Peaceful location away from usual tourist venues. Great food personally prepared. Daniel Jenny and the team were outstanding in doing anything required to make things happen. A great and generous Christmas meal on Christmas Eve was a fabulous welcome!

In this part of city, best choice. Very close to floating market - up to 5mins. walking and at the end of Nguyen Viet Dung Street, (on left side at corner shop) you can rent the boat from old grandmather and her family. If you come by car or motorbike, the have nice garage.

The home cooked meal made lovingly by Phoenix were amazing, some of the best food we had in Vietnam. Bosa and family are very welcoming and ensured we had a comfortable stay with them at their home. We all loved it especially our kids.

Best place I’ve stayed at during my 2 weeks in Vietnam. The room was super comfortable, food was insanely good (also best I’ve had) Tuan would pick it on the day to cook that even from the market. This gave me a proper experience on how people live at the Mekong river. Did a sunset tour which was lovely too. The pool was a hugeee plus, it’s so nice and the whole place is peaceful and perfect whether you want to socialise or keep it more to yourself

Jimmy and his family are super nice! They welcomed us very warmly into their home, which is cosy and convenient as it is just a grab 9 km away from Can Tho city and yet out of the urban chaos. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean with all amenities (including air conditioner and ventilator). The private balcony is so nice, he also has a very big balcony for BBQ together, super nice. Jimmy, as manager of Mekong Experience, organised a nice half-day tour for us, which included a wander around one of the floating markets, a visit to a family-run noodle factory, and then a boat ridealong the river of the Spring Forest where there was plenty of birds of different species, and the rice harvest was in progress. Perhaps the pace of the different activities was a bit tight but overall it was a really good experience, not least because Jimmy was really dedicated (before, after and during the tour) to make us eat typical dishes in non-touristy places, which is something we really appreciate! The best place was a little diner in the middle of the countryside, where we arrived by bike, again thanks to Jimmy who arranged the bike rental for us and gave us directions to this family-run niche along the river. Its lovely homestay, where you have a chance to see the real life, where you meet the whole family, and just for the small part of time, you can be even part of it:) Room has its own toilet and shower, AC,...We did also the tour and it was so great that i would suggest it to everyone. What I appreciated a lot, was the owners organization of my transport. The owner also shared evening with us on the porch, exchanging stories..GREAT!
