Lovely people - very kind and helpful. Good, fresh food available onsite at a reasonable price - we loved having the option of fruit, cereal and yoghurt for breakfast. Great that they could book our onward bus for us, and we could hire scooters onsite to explore Phong Nha. Our daughter was unwell for a couple of days and they were accomodating making food that she felt like eating and extending our stay by 1 day. Some road noise at times but lovely to be a bit further away from the town centre. Our son enjoyed the pool. Great to have tea making facilities and a fridge in the room. Overall, a very nice stay.

I liked everything. The room was big, clean and new. The bathroom was huge . The location is right in front of the mountains and the river. There is also a big pool to use. Everything was perfect. The hosts were the best: I had many problems to arrive and Phong nha and Xiem helped me all the way, even staying awake at around 4 am. So for me this was the best stay possible. I recommend everyone to come here

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to explore the surrounding area. The room was clean, cozy, and just what we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the complimentary bicycles, which allowed us to easily roam around and experience the local atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The pool was spacious and impeccably clean – perfect for relaxing. The warm farewell, complete with hugs, touched us deeply and made us feel like part of the family.

Staff were so friendly and kind. Beautiful balcony overlooking the river where you can eat delicious breakfast (available are pancakes, fruit salad, omelettes etc). Big room & bathroom. Bicycles for free and rented motorbikes and bus tickets at a cheap price. Would definitely recommend!

The location was good. It’s a family run hotel. The owners were very helpful. They help you to book tours n buses. I will recommend this place and give 100/100.
