The location on the river is spectacular. The accommodation was well equipped and we did not want for anything. The host was extremely friendly and accomadating. Got the best lamb I ever tasted from the farm. Facilities are well laid out and private. Super safe and no keys, what a wonderful feeling

A lovely small estate in an 1801 property. Must impressed with Swellendam, a lovely old town with some great buildings. De Kloof had some beautiful gardens and the pool area particularly nice. Breakfast served was excellent. Staff all most kind and delighted, and surprised to have my car cleaned. Quite unexpected. Our room was separate from the main house, all named after a different grape. Sauvignon Blanc was our suite. Huge bathroom. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Such a lovely place. We stayed in the chalet, with 2 bedrooms and we loved the house and garden with the lawn, shared pool, swings, trampoline. The house was clean, well maintained. The location is amazing. Walking distance to all the nice lunch and dining restaurants. Owners are very friendly. Highly recommend Roosje van de Kaap!

The outmost wonderful location with magnificent view on the Langeberg mountainrange. A very delicate and tastful decorated accomodation with all comfort imaginable. Great bed and heavenly shower, not to mention the great shaped pool and garden. The proximity of restaurants within a 10 min. walk.
