The Guides provide personalised care. I wanted to see Cats and David, our Guide made that happen. The resort management catered for my dietary requirements and were able to provide accommodation close to each other for our group. Good directions. Everything about our stay was exceptional, greeted with welcome drinks and help with luggage and shown to rooms personally. The rooms are clean and spacious and every little detail has been thought of and they are fully serviced whilst you are on the game drive in the morning and turned down on your return in the evening. The game drives were fantastic and Keegan was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about everything he showed us but they were also fun. Snacks and drinks were provided on the drives and hot towels and drinks were ready when we arrived back. The food and service from the staff was great and there are hot drinks, water and biscuits available throughout the day. The grounds of the lodge are beautiful with great views of the waterhole.

In a perfect location, the amazing view overlooking the vast valley from the deck is all to yourself, where they set up the dinner for us. Each one of the meals were all very satisfying , just the right taste And not to mention, the superb Safari experience guided by experienced team, who knows it all. We saw a big herd elephants, cheetah hunting, brother lions eating their prey! This indeed luxury lodge of exquisite taste is yet cozy with very hearty hospitality.
