We stayed one night between two flights. Beautiful and spacious property, super nice staff which assisted us with transport from the airport and back to the airport the next day. The Light breakfast which included muesli with fresh fruits and coffee was great. We couldn’t ask for a better welcome in South Africa.

the room style we had booked became unavailable so the staff bumped us up to an executive suite which was so unexpected but mades us fans forever. Room was luxurious with separate work and sitting area as well as beautiful bathroom. We only stayed one night and ate at their buffet for dinner which was plentiful and tasty and well managed. The next day they allowed us to hang out by their pool until we left for the airport. One our best hotel stays ever. keep it up.

The fact that it is closer to the airport - I would advise anyone who is looking for stay over for a very early flight to please book at Morningstar. Location felt so safe - shops are not far to get any thing you need.

Perfect location for airport stay-over.

Perfect location for airport stay-over. Shuttle buses to hotels behind Intercon hotel. Close by but difficult to find if you are not farmiliar with location . However, enough airport staff to assist in getting you there.

The location, close to the airport is the single most...

The location, close to the airport is the single most important fact about this B and B and the price is extremely reasonable but unless you have a car it is inconvenient. The B and B is off the beaten track and there is not much around it and it certainly is not walkable. Kempton Park itself is not worth visiting.

Kempton Park was deserted to wrong people. Everyone enters Ekurhuleni and stays wherever and appear to do whatever they want. It is full of people who appear not to care about it. It is dirty to say the least. Less care. However, i am happy about some of the new and ongoing developments. BirchLeigh and Norkem Park need potholes closed. The buildings need refurbishments. Kempton Park Town needs to be renewed. Glen Marais remains the better so far. Down-town and towards the Airport need cleaning and collection of dirt at night.

Decent area, felt safe at all times.

Decent area, felt safe at all times. To have fun, the prices are lower than the likes of Sandton but its also quite distant from those premium areas and the cost becomes equalized once you factor in things like uber/bolt. Stay if you dont plan to roam a lot.

The hotel is near the airport and the shuttle operates well and on time. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the rooms are very clean and an ideal overnight stay when transiting Johannesburg. The Dinner was good. The Restaurant attached to the hotel, the Rosie O’Gradys Pub has mediocre Google Reviews so I avoided that. Overall I will return as the friendly staff and clean hotel with stable WiFi met all my needs.

Very good value for money. The rooms are spacious, though basic, but have everything we need. The beds are comfy, and my friends said the breakfast was nice. It was only 10 minutes drive from the terminal. We did not use the hotel's transfer service as we worried about arriving late. Check-in and check-out were no problem.

I had a long layover (from 12.00-23.00) in Johannesburg - after a six hour bus ride from Kruger National Park - the hotel was exactly what I needed to relax before an international flight to Europe. There were black-out curtains which were absolutely fantastic and the room was quiet, clean, and spacious.
