We had a lovely stay, great location, we did not see the snow, just the frost on the ground but we still had a wonderful time, we went Ceres Ziplining in the mountains. It was great. It was extremely cold, so pack enough warm clothing, the electric blankets, and the lovely fireplace helped. And a bonus it is pet friendly, so our yorkie could join us on the weekend away.

The cabin was beautiful,stylish, comfortable, very clean and was thoughtfully appointed with all amenities that you could want. The location was ideal for a tranquil, relaxing time away. Watching the stars while in the hot tub was magical as was the sunrise in the mornings.

We absolutely loved the natural rock pool. Our tent which was the closest to that pool was in a lovely quiet position. I’d recommend staying in tents closer to the rock pools because the tents next to and above the actual farm/wedding venue are not that private.

Just 2.5 hours away from Cape Town, Inverdoorn Game Reserve Lodge is set on 10000 hectares of land within the Klein Karoo. This reserve is home to the Big 5 and a cheetah conservation centre.

Absolutely everything. It is simply amazing. The staff could not be nicer, the food is excellent, the room is perfect. It’s very secluded and private, you feel treated as a special guest the whole time. Our room had a terrace with such a view! Cannot recommend enough!

Martha and Nelson, who lives on the farm are very helpful and kind. Such lovely people. Seeing that there is no wifi or signal it's good to go and unwind and just be present without technology. Absolutely loved the swimming facilities and deck.

Die Bloekomhuis is located in Ceres and offers barbecue facilities. It is set 45 km from Ceres Zipline Adventures and features private check-in and check-out.
