It’s located in a safe quiet neighbourhood with security and street cameras. It’s clean with free coffee. I was offered a heater since my stay was during the peak of winter. There’s an ironing board, iron, fan , free WiFi, fridge, washer and capsules, stove, microwave, folding clothes line. it’s a fully loaded self catering unit. I really enjoyed my stay . I’d definitely book again if I have to work in the area again in future.

Food was excellent for breakfast(lots od variety and super observant staff who come to one's aid with hot drinks even before we run out) and dinner superb and comparable to some of the best restaurants in the region. The porters and staff were excellent and ever so friendly. I lost an item in another hotel in the Sandton area. They were happy to help me contact them and chase it up. Love the decor as well and the interior design. I cannot wait to be back in Johannesburg and book with them again

The staff were simply amazing! They were so incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness of the entire hotel and the rooms was superb. We travel a lot and this was beyond compare. Excellent breakfast. Great security. Access to Montecasino and surrounding suburbs and motorways was superb. Charlotte Rhys bathroom products and Wedgewood cookies massively appreciated.

During the 8 nights I spent at this hotel I only had excellent service from door man, to cleaner, to server, to reception and to management... everyone was so helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Brian who made my dining experience memorable! What an amazing waiter, thank you. Breakfast spread was always fresh and so much to chose from. Dinner choices are great. Just a few minutes from Monte Casino and Pineslopes shopping centre.
