I don’t have enough words to praise this hotel. First of all the locatiom is perfect, right in the middle of sea point, and right beside a big supermarket. The room was very big, well equipped. Staff very polite. Breakfast at irene resto was the highlight. Went there every day and still didn’t tried everything in the menu. Really like that group cove & collection, they have many restos, all same good quality. Would def stay here again 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Loved the cleanliness and the attention provided to my best friend and I during our week stay! Dale, the head of concierge was amazing and so was Cyril from the front desk along with Khany who is a waitress during the breakfast shift. Everyone was so attentive, even the people who do house keeping!

Everything was great, everyone was very welcoming, fabulous rooms, the location opposite the Hop on hop off bus lines, sitting on the front veranda watching the sunset whilst having wine and nibbles. Would definitely recommend to any travellers.

The staff are fantastic. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, like a home away from home but still not too much. The rooms and lounges are so beautiful with an incredible sense of colours and feeling for design but not impersonal, very warm. The breakfast is something outstanding as well!

Amazing new hotel in Cape Town! Staff is extremely attentive and does everything possible to assure we have the best experience.
