The apartment was bigger than we expected from the photos and it was very well equipped. The balcony had a fabulous view of the beach and sea. Our hosts were very welcoming and recommended some lovely places to eat.

Wonderful house! Even better than in the photo. There is a beautiful beach nearby for walking. Lisa met us very hospitably and nicely. We were very grateful to her that she waited for us, as we arrived late in the evening. The house is perfectly equipped, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wonderful bathroom, heated kitchen, very comfortable and large bed. We had a wonderful rest here. We really wanted to stay there longer. We will definitely come back.

    Beautiful views. Beautiful beaches and river.

    Beautiful views. Beautiful beaches and river. Preekstoel beach worth a visit, main beach has blue flag status, the beach next to the harbour is great for kiddies, its shallow. Most shops and eating places in Stilbaai-Wes (but a short drive away). We ate at Stables - no frills, just really good food and generous portions! The feeding of the eels takes place at 11am each day next to the museum in Stilbaai-Wes. You can snorkel in the fishtraps at low tide, but ask a local for some pointers.
