We’ve done a big mistake - rented it for only one night. This house and Agulhas got more to offer than you can expect or read on the internet. For example check gigantic stingrays roaming around the fishing harbor or a dune that meets the ocean.

We loved everything about the apartment. It is fully equipped and even has a barbecue for guests to use, and it is literally on the beach. There is a small table with sea view on the backside. The host was very friendly, and had left water, a bottle of wine and a load of freshly baked bread for us. This was one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in!

The space was well decorated and lively, woth a relaxing beach atmostphere. The hosts (Erin and Munya) were incredibly warm and inviting to me, and I enjoyed my time with them. It's really only a 5 minute walk to a qorld class beach!

Easy access to Cape Agulhas with a 5 minute drive which...

Easy access to Cape Agulhas with a 5 minute drive which enables visits to the lighthouse, the southernmost tip of Africa, the shipwreck and an enjoyable hiking trail. The beach at Struisbaai is amazing and reputed to be one of the longest in the Southern Hemisphere. Miles of pristine sand made for a very enjoyable walk and then returning to the very active harbour to sit and watch the fishing boats come and go, Grab a milkshake or beer at the Harbour Cafe and sit and watch the world go by!!! Very relaxing.

Struisbaai is a wonderful place to stay, it is small and has all the facilities one could need, restaurants, shopping, chemist etc. I loved the harbour, and being a photographer this is a wonderful place to stay. It also has beautiful beaches and lots of places to walk, I felt safe at all times.

The shops is very close to our destination, lots of places to eat, we had break fast at the Old cape restaurant on the Main road, The air is very clean and healthy to breath in, and its very easy to get around Struisbaai, up to Cape Agulhas points, via the main road.

Struisbai is one of my favorite places to visit every year.i love that it is not overcrowded and the kindness of the locals. My children are safe and I feel at ease for them to take walks on their own. Our favorite spot is the Harbour.

Struisbaai has the essence of providing a well for filled vacation. The serenity that surrounds the town meets the clear turquoise ocean with its soft white beach sand allows one to smile and appreciate the simplicity of beauty. To have a few wild stingrays swimming everyday very close to shore was a great sighting. Our time didnt allow us to sample a few restuarants but the ones we did try were amazing. This was our 1st time in Struisbaai and it was a beautiful experience, Yes our time was very short so i cant wait to experience a longer stay. But i'm pretty sure Struisbaai wont disappoint.

The location is great - just a short walk to the walkway to the beach. Lovely beach - within walking distance of the harbour and restaurants. It has a lovely, roofed barbecue area that is sheltered from the wind, although the chimney is a little too short and the wind pushes the smoke back. The dishwasher is an excellent extra - thanks for the dishwasher tablets. The Wi-Fi works well. There being 2 bathrooms is a major plus point. Struisbaai is near Aghulas and there is a lovely coffee roastery in town. A pleasant place to stay.

I'm so happy that I chose Chateau... Very elegant and amazing interior design, complimenting.. I felt I was overseas at one of those quaint towns along the ocean terraces... Possibly Greece or Italy... Very clean bedding and all basic requirements was met.. Beautiful relaxing entertainment / bar area, summer nights will be an absolute delight to sit on the terraces and watch the sunset whilst a boma fire 🔥 roaring... Overall a beautiful gem is Struisbaai...

We had an absolutely amazing stay at South 2 Sea. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The accommodation truly felt like a home away from home, so comfortable and relaxing that we ended up extending our stay by an extra day. A truly memorable experience, and we would highly recommend South 2 Sea to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming getaway.
