Sandakan Ijm pool view condo offre un alloggio climatizzato con balcone a Sandakan. Questa struttura offre una piscina privata, il WiFi gratuito e il parcheggio privato gratuito. L'appartamento è molto ampio e dispone di ben 3 camere da letto di cui due matrimoniali e la terza con due letti a castello. Ci sono anche due bagni e una grande cucina con due fuochi a gas e il dispenser per l'acqua calda e fredda. Il frigorifero è grande e c'è anche la lavatrice. Anche il soggiorno è ampio, la mobilia e la grande tv sono recenti. L'aria condizionata è ben collocata sia nelle camere che nel soggiorno. L'ampio terrazzo, con stenditoio, è rivolto verso la piscina del condominio, adatta sia per nuotare che per i giochi dei bimbi. Intorno alla piscina c'è un parchetto con panchine e zone relax. La posizione del compound non è centrale, ma questo si è rivelato un vantaggio, in quanto il centro di Sandakan non è per nulla interessante. A 15 minuti a piedi si può arrivare in un grande supermercato alimentare (Bataras) davanti al quale verso sera il parcheggio si riempie di bancarelle di street food. Imperdibili. Per quanto riguarda gli spostamenti, i taxi e i driver di Grab possono arrivare davanti alla porta di ingresso del blocco C, dove è situato l'appartamento, al 13° piano. Se usate Grab per arrivare dall'aeroporto, non impostate l'indirizzo presente su booking, vi porterebbe lontano; la posizione corretta è: "SRI Utama Condominiums Block C". L'host, gentilissimo, ci ha accolto all'arrivo consegnandoci le chiavi, lo potrete contattare su whatsapp.

From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly; the host is very kind and accomodating as well! The room was clean and in good shape when we arrived. All the facilities of a small studio were available for a short but good trip. We were both very pleased with the room. It was also quiet at night since it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city so we managed to get good sleep. There are some eateries and small shops around. If you don’t mind walking, 15-20mins walk will get you close to many other eateries and to the waterfront area. Otherwise, Grab is available. Minor issues mentioned to the host during checkout and they were very responsive about it. Will definitely return to stay here if i make another trip down to Kuching in the future!

The property is a studio unit, so we have everything within it including 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed, tv, wardrobe with hangers, kitchenware, iron, drying rack and washing machine. The unit was well-lit and comfortable. It’s a convenient place for those who drives as parking was provided in the basement. The host is very kind and responsive. The instructions given for checkin and checkout were clear.
