I only do so when I have something to say. This listing has excellent reviews, and this is fully justified. The apartment has everything you could reasonably expect at the price, and more. Strongly recommended.

Offering mountain views, Spacious 2 Bedroom condo unit for rent is an accommodation set in Iloilo City, less than 1 km from Smallville Complex and a 17-minute walk from Molo Church. it was more than what we expected. the unit was well maintained and well equipped. no trouble getting in touch with the owner and caretaker. checking in and out was a breeze. great place and awesome hosts.

The room was very clean,complete with all the necessities that one would require in a "home", and the services impeccable - it was PAR EXCELLANCE!. Very much appreciated is the added "honesty" mini grocery which we find very convenient and helpful to us especially that the tower is located in the inner part. ALSO Very much appreciated is the eagerness of the owner (Jerry) to assist us in finding a ride going to our next accommodation. The constant reminders thru whatsapp was also very helpful.

Everything was spotless, like new, and full of thoughtful details. A perfect space for a couple and ideal for getting work done. The internet and desk worked flawlessly. They were also very attentive to anything we might need.
