We stayed only one night because we were traveling, but this place is ideal for at least 3 days as a retreat.

Continental breakfast is perfect and very fresh. The Serra da Estrella natural park provides lots of trekking paths. In the Vila apartment you can enjoy a beautiful view while drinking wine in a jacuzzi :D The trekking during July might be hard due to high temperatures and due to high grass bushes on the path.
