Beautifully set up property with lots of lovely little touches (coffee, juice, milk, snacks…) to make the stay very comfortable and easy. Location is perfect - in the heart of everything but a nice quiet street. Ramp off the back verandah was very handy for pram and our older Father with a walking stick. Decorated nicely and lots of blankets and pillows for the nights it got a little chilly. Thanks Tegan - we loved our stay!

Absolutely everything! Surrounded by nature, peace, and quiet was exactly why you would stay there. Next time, we're staying for much longer. Michael was a pleasure to deal with, and the doggies had ample room to roam. Waking up to the birds and a couple of Kangaroos nearby was just so beautiful. I highly recommend this tiny home for some solitude and serenity.

The Studio/GrannyFlat is beautifully kept, very secure and perfect for myself and small dog Bindi. The shared areas were the laundry which I didnt use, the backyard which has an outdoors setting, bbq & completely closed in for a pet and the carport is very handy for Studio access as long as it was available.

A lovely property to stay at. Very spacious, clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you could need for a few nights or a few months! Comfortable bedding, lounge areas and yard. The addition of a high chair and porta cot (while we don’t need to use this time) is great for a young family too. Would definitely stay again.

The cottage was neat and welcoming. The host had left a few provisions such as coffee, milk, butter, bread and spreads (which was very appreciated ) so that you could relax and refuel when you arrived. Things that you needed (like chopping boards, blankets, cleaning supplies) were mostly very easy to find. The yard was tidy, safe and fenced so that small children could be supervised safely in the space. The beds were comfortable and the bedding provided kept everyone warm, even when the nights were a bit frosty. The cottage is located near a large park so it is easy to go out and have a walk with the kids nearby.

This house has so much heart, warmth and luxury! 5 beautiful bedrooms, and so many exquisite extra touches that means every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The outdoor areas really added to the multiple living spaces. Both the veranda table and lounge area with retractable blinds and heaters, and the garden with fire pit were well used by adults and kids across our stay! We will be back!

Such a delightful little cottage, beautiful decor cosy and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, extremely quiet at night, with no traffic noise Great area walking distance to town, love the area. I absolutely loved our stay at Cherry Tree Cottage , and I loved the welcoming gifts wine and chocolates. Highly recommend this cottage if you're going to visit Toowoomba.

There was so much to love with many thoughtful extras from chocolates + wine to chopped firewood. Sweet decor complimented the cosy cottage. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A well equipped 2 bedroom cottage in a great location. Quiet and very comfortable. Great kitchen for cooking. Bathroom is well laid out. Bedrooms have built ins and are spacious. Lovely cottage.

This is indeed a Cheerful and Cosy cottage. It is a well-thought-out property that contains everything a traveller could wish for - a washing machine, peace and quiet, Netflix, Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, a kitchen full of beautiful dishware, and even a welcome gift. Great attention to detail has been paid.
