The owner was really kind and helpful. She informed us that the road we would need to take to continue our journey was closed for renovations following fires. She inquired with the tourist office about available buses. It really helped us a lot. The breakfast was really varied and plentiful. There are 2 very sweet dogs and a cat. Spacious garden to relax. In the morning several squirrels could be spotted.

The location was wonderful! The house is spacious, well equipped, and clean. The pool table was a real bonus! And the owners & managers are really easy to deal with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely amazing accommodation. Stayed in 5 airbnbs during our roadtrip and this was by far the best! Facilities and cleanliness both top notch quality. Extremely spacious and cosy, and the views from outside the property are incredible. Lisa was very attentive and ensured we were ok without being bothersome. The location is only a quick drive to Lantzville and an easy location to travel further north or south. Thank you Lisa for letting us stay!!!

One of the best places we've stayed in. Spacious well presented appartment, very well stocked kitchen, perfect veranda and gorgeous views over the George strait watching bald eagles fly around. Quiet neighbourhood, handy for Nanaimo.

It was a fantastic stay, hot tub was nice and warm, shower had great water pressure.Very peaceful. Had a little cat come say hello too, very friendly. Will be back again for sure!

Great location close to the ferry terminal. Close to supermarkets and beach access for beautiful sunrise views and walks. Friendly and responsive host, clear and easy instructions. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary water and soft drinks in the fridge. Free on site parking. Totally recommend to fellow travelers. And happy to come back another time!

Excellent, quiet location with ocean views from the well equipped deck. We loved all the amenities available at this cute cottage. It was peaceful & in a safe area. Full kitchen & BBQ made it easy to cook meals. Uber delivers food there from a few nearby restaurants. The bidet toilet was fantastic. We loved the hot tub - so comforting at end of our adventure days. Loved all the great seating around the deck & the fire table was great to sit by. Spacious living room with comfy seating. The washer/dryer & dishwasher were useful. We loved the front gardens with all the little birdhouses & watched a few finches feeding their babies while sitting on the deck. Lots of eagles & ravens soared over the cottage, daily. Loved our stay & would stay here again. I'll be recommending this wonderful cottage to friends, family & colleagues.

Eden & Ward's place was very neat, tidy, and vibrant. We loved the ambiance the brilliant hospitality was an added bonus. I'd left a sweater behind, and received an email within the hour post checkout, giving us ample time to come and retrieve it! All in all, the place was fabulous, and would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring the island
