The apartment was very nice, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was functional and really helped us with cooking. The location was great, just 5 minutes by car from the beach. The owners were very helpful and kind. We had a really good time!

We love the location of the villa. Quite neighbourhood. We love the pool area with grill outside very good to cook with friends and family. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they answered when they needed them.

I like that it was quiet and the pool is very nice to relax in the evening. The villa was clean and we had almost everything that we need. We had a rented car so the acces was easily and also we got a Bolt to go in Aya Napa.

The location was ideal, with very easy access to Malama Beach. The house was clean, and the host, George, was very supportive, answering all our questions promptly. The house looked exactly like the pictures, featuring a large swimming pool, a pool table, and a foosball table. I highly recommend this property for families of 5-6 people.

We liked the Villa and the beaches nearby. The Villa was big and clean, equipped with everything we needed. We rented a car and could find the villa easily, the owner gave us proper instructions. We would be happy to go back again!

it was an apartment with a shared pool but in the 3 days I was there I didn't meet anyone...it's a quiet place my children were happy with the pool...we had parking the location was super ok with the GPS I could go anywhere I felt at home.

The villa was very comfortable and well decorated, we enjoyed our stay. The rooftop terrace was amazing and the private pool area as well. People working there were very nice and helpful. Restaurant and room service was 5 star! The proximity to the beach and cave greco walking trail is a huge plus.

The house has everything you need to stay. I would like to emphasize the comfortable beds, comfortable kitchen and overall great atmosphere. Beautiful courtyard for recreation. I love the hair and body cosmetics from Mark and Spencer. Everything was great! It is also great that the host always responds to calls and messages.

    The perfect private villa. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and beaches, but also away from the main strip, it's quiet and peaceful. Andreas made us feel so welcome and was only a message away if we needed anything. The outdoor space is so relaxing, and the pool & hot tub are cleaned 3 times a week.

    Very comfortable house with all basic needs. Perfect stay for family with 2 kids. Pool, hot tub, close to the sea, wonderful sunrises etc. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming and had prepared very comprehensive information about the house and the surrounding area.     The location was really good. It was a couple of minutes' walk to the beach and the nearest restaurant. The villa was clean and the small backyard was really cozy. The villa's kitchen equipment was otherwise good, but as a big coffee lover, I missed a coffee maker. In the winter time, the hot jacuzzi was a great addition when the pool was a bit chilly.
