You really have your own private little hut. Owners were very helpfull. The hut itself was clean and for cold nights, there was even an extra heating option. Loved the welcoming cupcake in the fridge along with some milk.

Extra effort was made by the host to make the property really cosy and welcoming. Christmas decorations and fairy lights added a really lovely touch. The host was really friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property.

This is a really exceptional house. The location is perfect - just minutes from the sea and town centre – and the interior is truly amazing, with lots of interesting touches that make it a unique place to stay. There was plenty of space for our big family group, with a very well-equipped kitchen with an abundance of mugs, plates and glasses, a large dining table, and a very comfortable and cosy lounge with plenty of seating. The woodburning stove made it very difficult to actually leave the house and head out to freezing cold Brighton! The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and we even managed to sit out on the pretty roof terrace and enjoy the views, well wrapped up against the cold. The hosts were just lovely - very communicative and extremely helpful, particularly when it came to sorting out extra beds. I couldn't recommend this house enough!

    Location was perfect for my stay, great access in to Hove and Brighton. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The Lodge was very clean tidy and very nice touch with water, drinks, bread milk etc. Would definitely book again.

    Very clean, lovely and cosy. The host has thought of every little detail. Even though it was a very short stay for me arriving late and leaving first in the morning, I felt welcomed. The communication prior to arrival was also excellent. I will definitely be considering Lindas Lodge again when travelling to Brighton.

    The lodge was very clean and cosy. There were complimentary snacks such as crisps, biscuits, and chocolate bars. There was a mini bar as well which was fairly priced. The lodge was equipped with both heating and aircon making it a comfortable stay. Linda and Tony were very friendly and attentive. The free parking was very handy as well, given that Brighton charge a fortune for parking. There was a bus stop only a few minutes up the road or an £8 cab journey into Brighton Town centre.

    Very comfortable lodge in the owner's garden. Owners friendly but not intrusive. Clever use of space, equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. AirCon was a real bonus as it was hot when we stayed. Exceptional selection of food and provisions and even a mini bar with honesty box.

    Fantastic host - beautiful accommodation. I would definitely stay again and recommend Linda's Annex (which I kept calling Linda's Lodge)! The facilities are amazing and the bed extremely comfortable.
