Super cozy cottage! It was a rainy day so unfortunately we couldn’t spent time in the lovely garden, but it was warm and nice inside watching the rain from the huge window under the blanket. The host was awesome, bringing us more drinking water when we miscalculated our need for it and answering to all our questions.

Excellent accommodation in Kutaisi. Very well located. The room is beautiful in Georgian Architectural style. Has good space outside (balcony on ground floor) and big garden to relax and drink Georgian wine. The family host is kind and amazing people. Our best stay in Georgia and will definitely return!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely house in Kutaisi. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. He greeted us with homemade chacha, a traditional Georgian drink, which was a wonderful touch and a great way to start our visit. We spent some time chatting with him about the area, and he shared so many interesting stories and insights about the local culture, history, and the best places to visit around Kutaisi. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy atmosphere. The location was also perfect, providing easy access to the main attractions while offering a peaceful environment to unwind. We enjoyed the tranquility of the area and the charming surroundings. What really stood out to us was the genuine hospitality of the owner – his kindness and warmth made our experience even more memorable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and it truly felt like we were visiting old friends rather than just renting a place to stay. He even recommended some amazing local spots to explore and made sure we didn’t miss out on any must-see places.

The communication with the host was really great. We booked the Villa on the same day and all our wishes were responded too. The Villa is huge and really invites to relax and enjoy the greenery around it. The Villa has everything you could think off and even 2 rolls of toilet paper :) We highly recommend a stay here.

If you decide to choose this house - you better do it fast, it's a real hidden gem for this low of a price. Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected. As a bonus you'll have a chance to become friends with the most awesome and wise dog ever. :) Keti and Gio, once again thank you so much and tell Bobby that we'll be back! 💚

    Cottage Sataplia is a wonderful cabin tucked away in lush greenery. It offered a secluded, romantic escape, yet was only a 15-minute Maxim taxi ride from the city. Giorgi was a fantastic host, making communication easy and even sorting out our airport pickup. Highly recommend for a picturesque retreat away from the city. Make sure to stop at a supermarket and stock up on food, drinks and snacks before you go.
