The villa is astonishing the decoration every detail taken into account.. A proper place to chill and relax and a few steps from the center. The breakfast at Gioma restaurant down the road ,that was included in the reserve, is the best possible way to start the day with amazing views to the lake. I will be back definitely.

The location is excelent for the view and the fact that you can either go in Elounda or Agios Nikolaos, both are very near. Is very private and in the same time you still have few houses around. Amazing house design. For us really felt like home for the days we stayed there: very clean in and out, huge TV (can stay on Netflix or YouTube ), good internet , very good AC, lots of kitchenware if you like cooking at the place, few options to sit outside and few amazing views.

Everything. The owner Jenny, is lovely and will do anything to make you comfortable. Great location with beautiful views, easy walk to beach that also leads on to the town. Fabulous swimming pool with plenty of loungers and seating areas. Big garden with pizza oven and barbecues. The house is cool and very well laid out with a separate flat where our son and his family stayed, ideal. The kitchen had everything you need for a large family gathering, we were 8 adults and 1 child. We had a fantastic time, sad to leave.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was wonderfully peaceful - exactly what we were looking for! Just a 5-minute walk away, there’s a kiosk and a coffee/snack bar, both very convenient for quick treats or essentials. We rented a car to explore more beaches, which I highly recommend, and also to visit a larger supermarket like 'Sklavenitis' in town. The port is about a 20-minute walk and is absolutely charming. If you’re seeking privacy, comfort, and pure relaxation, Sunny House is the perfect place to stay!

Athena is simply stunning, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The view is just wonderful, the classic, postcard view of Elounda. Both the bed and the sun beds were the most comfortable ever. The welcome pack of nibbles and Raki was a lovely touch and really made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back.
