So close to the beach and local restaurants which made for a relaxed holiday. The apartment was so nice and clean, beautiful bathroom. Air con made it very comfortable too in the heat. The hosts were very responsive and helpful

From arrival and the drive towards the villa you knew you would be in for a treat, what a location and view for the villa! Just stunning sunsets , tranquil and serenity in stylish accommodation. Nikos is most friendly and very thorough on the villa rules. Warm welcome with local treats and some home baked goods on different morning. Always on hand to help with anything, just great communication from host. The villa is only 5-10mins drive to a very lovely beach with a great strip of restaurants with the perfect holiday vibe, also close enough to travel to kissamos to visit the famous beaches, just the most perfect base for Crete.

A very nicely reconstructed traditional house. Spacious, clean and equipped with everything needed for solo travelers who don't like all inclusive. Beautiful view from the terrace of Mount Kástro (we were at the top). Fres is a quiet and peaceful mountain village. Church bells and sheep bells completed the romantic atmosphere that we love so much.

The villa is much larger than the pictures make out, it’s very peaceful, it was clean and has been well maintained. Anna’s communication was great from start to finish. A week wasn’t enough I wish we could have stayed longer. We found so many amazing beaches just 15 mins drive with lots of tavernas with great food, I loved this villa so much it was perfect for myself my partner and my two kids. We would definitely recommend to book this villa.

Property was just as the pictures, 3 good size bedrooms all en-suite and air conditioning in each. Pool was a fabulous size and was the warmest we have had anywhere in Europe. Had good facilities for self catering and also a washing machine too which was helpful when travelling with little ones. There was water and wine in the fridge when we arrived which was appreciated. Not too far from beach and restaurants and there was a small mini market and cafe shop 1 min walk away.

very good location... 5 minutes by foot to Almyridas beach and all tavernas. On the terrace, you can see a beautiful view of the sea. A very nicely and tastefully furnished villa that has everything a vacationer needs... cozy bedrooms with private shower and WC... large pool area... dining table and relaxation area... very cozy and tidy area...

A very cozy house, just a stone throw away from the beach. It is roomy, clean and equipped with just anything you can think of. On arrival the house was already stocked with tee, coffee, soap, shower gel and there was a kilo of grapes, 2 big bottles of water and a white wine ready in the fridge. The host is amazingly forthcoming and considerate and ready to help, if you have any problem.
