When we arrived, Iaanis was already there to meet us with the keys. He showed us around the flat, showing us how everything worked, including the safe, air con, etc. He let us know that we could contact him at any point for any help or anything we needed. The flat was extremely secure with a full alarm system available to use. When we were struggling to get back into the flat on the first night, I messaged Iaanis, who rang me within 1 minute to talk me through how to open the door. The flat has been refurbished to an extremely high standard with all the facilities you could ever need. Iaanis even let us stay later on our final day as we had a late flight and there were no guests the following day, which was so so helpful! Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return!

Villa Melivia is extremely close to the bustling streets of Kutulufari village, yet located on a side street that allows the place to be quiet and allow for relaxation. The villa has four bedrooms out of which 2 have a bunk bed and a single bed, thus allowing perfect capacity for two families, even with three kids each. Each pair of two rooms is located on separate floors with a bathroom each. Kitchen perfectly equipped, including a Nespresso machine. BBQ facilities are present (you can cook a full lamb if you want to :)). Two terraces allow for split afternoon/morning stays avoiding the sun. A place to go to! Allows for parking of two cars - we had to SUVs and they fitted nicely.

Stayed in the Villa Thallia and from the moment the owners opened the front door to the moment we closed it 4 days later we never stopped smiling. Villa was everything you could want and anything you needed for your stay was inside. And a lovely balcony upstairs to sit and chill on a morning or evening between 2 bedrooms. And considering hersonissos was only an 8 minute stroll away so peaceful and quiet.could .not hear anything from town. But best was opening patio doors to the rear of Villa . Wow the pool .. absolutely fantastic. Large pool as big as ones when I have stayed in hotels . And just for us. Spent many a happy hour on lilo in pool. But also a lovely covered seating area with table and chairs if you wanted to eat outside after using the brick built barbecue . And then 40 steps away was the most fantastic relaxed Bar with lovely owners that couldn't do enough for you . Te,bra,sports bar 🍸 a must visit if staying there and a good pitstop if you have been I to town and the beach . Was sorry to leave fantastic stay.

We like everything! Sea-front location but at a cul de sac literally no traffic passing by. A sandy beach is a hundred meters away. Private pool. A lovely patio and garden with mature plants make this place unique. It has a choice of dining areas: inside, outside in the shadow of a huge ficus with gas or charcoal barbeque, and near the pool with a sea view. Shops, restaurants, and watersport attractions in walking distance. This is the second time we have rented the villa. There have been some improvements since. Particularly what I mentioned in my first review: all doors which were a little bit noisy were replaced. We enjoyed it even more than the first time!

Our stay at Angel’s Villa in Kato Gouves was truly wonderful. We were a group of five, and the villa offered all the space and modern comforts we needed for a fantastic holiday. From the moment we arrived, host Agata was incredibly attentive—always just a message away and genuinely caring about our comfort. To welcome us, she left lovely gifts: a bottle of wine, sweets, and snacks. It was such a thoughtful gesture that immediately made us feel at home. The villa itself is beautifully renovated—sleek, stylish, and meticulously clean. We loved the modern interior and quality finishes throughout. The large courtyard is a standout feature: furnished with sun loungers, a spacious terrace, and a BBQ—ideal for relaxing with drinks, enjoying shade or sun, and having evening meals outside. Inside, everything was perfect: a well-equipped kitchen, cozy living space, strong Wi‑Fi, and comfortable bedrooms. There were absolutely no issues during our stay. The location is excellent—quiet and peaceful, yet only meters from shops, restaurants, and a beautiful sandy beach. Agata’s constant availability and caring attitude made our experience even better. All in all, Angel’s Villa gave us a memorable, comfortable, and stylish holiday in Crete. Thank you, Agata—for your warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail. We can’t wait to return!
