Everything was great. From communication through to meeting us at the airport. Accommodation was clean and modern and had everything we wanted and more. Close to town, just a steep walk back to the apartment - we didn't hire a car.

Zina's house is a gem, and her hospitality is exceptional. The house is spacious and cozy, and the garden is just amazing. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you may need to prepare not only breakfast but an entire meal. Zina is the best host, she had thought of everything. She was very welcoming and kind to give us a lot of recommendations helping us to have a great time in Skiathos. Zina makes sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need, while she is very respectful of their privacy. Highly recommend and I would love to be back.

We perceived Kefi House as a modern flat spread over 2 floors with attention to detail. The house is located in the centre of the town in a quiet area and is only a few minutes' walk from the heart of the town and the harbour. The beach is also within easy walking distance. We were travelling without a car, so we only walked and took the bus "Station 4 - Akropolis" to get to the many beautiful beaches. All we can say about the flat is that we unanimously felt very felt very comfortable and at home from start to finish. It is modernly furnished and equipped with everything important Air-conditioning included. All the rooms are large enough and the lovely furnishings and plants both outside and inside make it very inviting. We were particularly surprised by our host Dimitris, who was uncomplicated, warm and honest. We were greeted with a basket full of fruit, wine and water in the fridge! What a surprise! And that same evening we met him in a bar with a live DJ, at the very end of the harbour promenade, in the "GinFish" where Dimitris manager is. We were also surprised by his mum, who changed the bed linen and towels every few days She changed the bed linen and bath towels every few days and also looked after the kitchen and bathroom. We would never have expected that. Everything was clean again, thanks a lot. And we visited our host Dimitris again at his invitation at the Ginfish and said goodbye to him there. All in all, we are very grateful for the wonderful holiday we were able to experience thanks to our host, the locals, nature, the many beautiful beaches, the Greek food and the great hospitality and patience of the locals and seasonal workers. We can only recommend Dimitris and the Kefi House warmly recommend. We wish you Dimitris and your familiy all the best and good luck and success both professionally and personally. We also hope that we have been pleasant tenants and that we have shown you our appreciation.

It was a very nice stay and great apartment. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, plus the living room area. It was very clean and we had no problems or comments on this front :) The place is practically new and you have what you need for both shorter and longer stays. It doesn't have a large cooking area, but you have 2 electric stoves (no oven). It is not a large area, so maybe a little impractical if you want to cook most of the time or plan on making larger meals/ dishes. For us it was enough for breakfast (lunch and dinner were on the go/ in the towns). It has a nice outside lounge area, it is very green all around and also quiet and peaceful (which we liked very much). The house is on a bit of a hill, and the drive up to the parking is a little steep (but even with our old car it was manageable :)) You also have then another short climb up to the house/ rooms, so just be aware of this. The location is also close to restaurants, supermarkets and a nice bakery/ coffee place. This is where we got our daily coffee (plus the exercise to and from in the morning). Also very close are the public bus stations and you have a bit of a walk to the Troulos beach (15 min). We used our car daily to get around to the beaches, which is very convenient on this western side of the island (very nice beaches all around), but there were also many buses which we see stopping next to all of the beaches up to Koukounaries (and a short walk to Agia Eleni).

The layout was excellent and the property was well resourced. The property was beautifully designed, it felt very traditionally Greek but with modern facilities. The location was perfect just off the top of the main shopping road and a stones throw from the theatre.

We were warmly welcomed by our hostess Eleni at the airport and shown to the apartment. The house is newly renovated, lovingly furnished and impeccably clean. Traditional sweets Chaimali and mineral water as a welcome gift. The equipment of the accommodation is very good and leaves nothing to be desired. The walk-in closet was particularly positive: we have never had so much space for our clothes on vacation, and there was also a washing machine and iron. Our hostess Eleni was exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. The house is ideally located on a hillside with wonderful views of Skiathos town, the sea and a garden full of olive trees. The climate is much more pleasant there and it is quieter than further down. We never felt too hot when we sat on the terrace and enjoyed the wonderful view. You should rent a car or a quad but you can also walk to bus stop 9 in 15 minutes and from there take the bus to the city or to the individual beaches. Also nearby is the Olive Thea restaurant, where we have had several excellent meals. We would love to come back.
