We love everything. Nice location, very beautiful beaches around. Close to famous locations. Room seems small in the picture but owner make a perfect design. Bed is comfortable. Air condition nice and silent. Inside table is huge but balcony/garden furniture is so nice due to that we never eat inside. There is everything you need. Nice TV with Netflix, lovely espresso machine, board and table games, very nice kithcen and materials. There is a refrigerator inside but a huge freezer also outside. Washing machine. Also owner put welcome gifts (wine, drinks,cookies). Also insect repellants, candles. As i say before very nice decorated house. Room is in basement floor, but there is no bad smell or humudity smell. They make a perfect job. We love it. Everything is clean. And the bonus part. House placed in a huge facility, you got your private parking lot. Very big and green yard, pool with nice music (not loud disturbing sound like beach bars), sport courts etc. And one last comment for owner, he is very friendly and hepfull. if you ask anything he answer immediatly. He is like a friend that knows the place you visit.

Location is very convenient for going around Kassandra. The beach near Nea Fokea is very near, which was great for afternoon walks on the beach and also Afytos is just 3 minutes away with a car and there is a very convinient parking there to do shopping and buy food, etc. I rate my stay 10/10 and it was a nice house overall.

Here’s the translation to English: Among the amazing places in Afytos, First of all, I want to mention Katrina and her mother for their exceptional hospitality! They respond to every request immediately and always do so with all their heart! Secondly, The suite is so luxurious, with a high level of cleanliness and endless pampering. Everything is modern and new, with a pleasant and large garden. Perfect sound insulation! In the fridge, a bottle of local white wine was waiting for us, and on the table, there were snacks and chocolates! The location is exactly in the center, a short walk to everywhere. There’s private parking. And most importantly, it felt like a warm and loving home. I’m sure we’ll return here again without hesitation!

Everything was wonderful! We felt at home, very comfortable, clean, and with great attention to detail... the terrace with a sea view is amazing! Especially in the mornings when you enjoy your coffee 😊 The beach near our location won us over❣️ But the most wonderful and charming were the grandparents... who impressed us in the most pleasant way. From us, a 10 for everything!! We highly recommend it.
