Both the property and the location are simply amazing! First we planned to travel frequently to the “main” land or other islands, but then felt so comfortable and in peace, that spent most of days by the villa, enjoining the nearest beaches, the pool and gorgeous view on the sunsets. Property is very well maintained, has everything you need even for the longer stay, and was spotlessly clean. The contact with the owner was great, we got a number of useful tips of what to do and where to go.

The villa is located at the northernmost point of the Ugljan island so there are less people than your average place on the Adriatic. It is a great place to relax in nature, there are beaches on both sides of the island and it takes about 10 minutes to reach them, there is also a beautiful viewpoint just a few minutes walk from the villa. The villa itself is comfy and spacious, great for a large group of friends like in our case. There is air conditioning in every room and the beds are large and comfortable. The outside terrace is especially nice as it features a large barbeque with an outside kitchen. The outside shower has a great design and we liked using it the most. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We were also given access to 2 bicycles.
