The Nau Villa Ubud hotel was the first hotel we stayed in in Bali. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay for five nights. We say it from now on, the best hotel we have been to in Bali and... in other countries... in addition to the quality-price ratio! What makes this place special, above anything else, is its staff! Each one of them! They have made us feel at home and we didn't want to leave there! Constant attention, kindness, education, any questions or information we needed were resolved immediately. Special mention to Kadek always very happy and helpful! (who picked us up at the airport, waiting for us for more than two hours due to a plane delay and found us a place to have dinner because it was already very late and most of the restaurants were already closed. Another day we took a great excursion with he); to Yogi, very jovial (Paella) and very sweet in his treatment as well as very professional in his attention to us; and finally, to Katut, a person who transmits kindness and serenity at all times, who was always attentive to any need we had and with whom we made an unforgettable excursion! Thanks for everything! Regarding the hotel facilities, the place is wonderful, surrounded by rice fields, with absolute tranquility only "disturbed" by the sounds of the animals that live in nature. A corner of peace. It is also close to Ubud (30 min) and many places of interest. The villas are perfectly equipped, with all the necessary details, to make your stay unforgettable! They each have a private pool with views of nature, which is truly incredible! And another very strong point of Nau Villa Ubud is its food! It's very very good! The Nasi Goreng they prepare is the best we have eaten during our stay in Bali! And the breakfasts are incredible! I could continue saying good things about the hotel but I wouldn't finish!! This was the best accommodation in my life! A wonderful room with a swimming pool with a view of Batur. The room was clean, cozy and beautifully furnished. The owner is an incredibly nice person. She will help with absolutely everything, if needed (even prepares a bath full of flowers). The breakfasts were also perfect and served right in the room on the beautiful sunny terrace. It is possible to rent scooters in the accommodation. I would love to come back next time I visit Bali

These are 2 villas located very close to the famous rice terraces. Great view! We thought we would be a little cut off from civilization. But no! Nearby are cafes, restaurants, attractions. Privately managed. The staff is wonderful! They are ready to provide services and you can order a delicious dish from the menu. Cozy, clean, homely. We didn't want to leave! Thank you! Everything was wonderful!

An easier question would be to ask what we didn’t like - nothing! From the moment we arrived at Nau Villa Ubud we were met with the best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff are truly one in a million and no ask is too much effort. We loved every second of our stay from our romantic dinner on the first night, where the staff pulled out all the stops to make it extra special. To our private day tour to a floating breakfast in our own pool. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
