For our purpose, the location was excellent as we were hosting an afternoon with a large group of relatives. The pool and entertainment area was perfect for this. There was even a well equipped playground for the children and a large fridge outside for drinks. The kitchen had several large platters and was very well equipped for a large number of people.

The outdoor space is beautiful and well catered for eating, sunbathing, and on an evening, taking in the views of Mount Etna. The studio villa has everything you need to cook lunch if you wish. You need to hire a car to get here, but all the interesting places to visit are all within an 40 minute drive. Catania is only 20 minutes away, with it many restaurants and places to see. I recommend going up to see Etna for the more adventurous, there is hiking and quad biking.
