Emanuela is a fantastic host, she made us feel very comfortable and kept regular communication around check in/out times and recommendations in the area. The property is amazing, we have never slept so well and felt like we were at home. Emanuela has really thought of everything, adding little personal touches everywhere. Perfect location next to the train station - easy to walk with bags. The apartment itself is very modern and new, we liked the kitchen and even was able to prepare food once. A beautiful lady from service came in couple of minutes when we were unable to turn on correctly the coffee machine. We struggled a bit sometimes to open the doors with codes, but always succeeded. Bathroom had a lot of extra towels if needed, had all the necessary hygiene supplies of a pretty good quality. We enjoyed the stay!

The one person I dealt with was great. Forgot his name. But he knows and understands the hospitality to the MAX. The river and the location overlooking and the mountains the terrace were exceptionally beautiful. I can suggest to be better and more comfort may be, The first floor to have better beds and mattresses. Small touches and little spend on those will take it up to the moon. I will go back because of the hospitality and respect I got from the host mainly and the nature around the accommodation. The host would put thumbs up for everything I asked with the positive attitude. Myself and my family want to thanka you for your kindness and respect you brought to our stay. God bless you Brother.
