The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The approach to the house itself is beautiful because of the greenery. The house is very spacious, has a small gym on the top floor and a room with entertainment facilities on the ground floor. The yard is fenced and intimate and there is parking in front of the house. In the house you will find everything you need for your stay, and more (tea, coffee, salt, sugar, oil...). The owner was always available for all inquiries. We received detailed instructions for entering the house and had a wonderful stay. If we return to Modena again, we will definitely stay at Mrs. Alessandra's place.

Very friendly owner and a nice room in an old family runned aceteria building. We did manage to see the balsamic vinegar production and do a small tasting. That was super great! We had everything needed for an Italian style breakfast in the room, it was great as we had to leave very early.

We were delighted; we lived like in a museum. We traveled with dogs and were pleased with the separate fenced area for walking. Large parking lot, very good supermarket and many restaurants nearby. We had a very nice time. The owner was very responsive and gave us the opportunity to check in earlier and leave earlier than the appointed time. The scale is not conveyed in the photo, you have to visit it

The staff were attentive, kind and helpful. The food was just delicious and amazing, they also set in no time a vegan menu just for me. We can’t praise you enough what a magnificent meal.
