Spotless, spacious and excellent location with dedicated parking (& room to store bikes!). Our hosts were exceptional- responsive and hugely helpful (in contrast to other places we have stayed who respond quickly but are inflexible). Francesco even took a lot of effort to help us with a tricky problem relating to the next stage of our travels, which he really didn’t have to do. Lovely people!! Perfect local cafe for coffee & cake around the corner along with one of Palermo’s best restaurants. Supermarket and beach c200m away with lovely wander along the front. Despite excellent situation close to facilities, property has only three apartments and is therefore very quiet and separated from busy areas. Easy access to bus into Palermo.

Our stay in Mondelo was fantastic! The apartment was in excellent condition, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. Its location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beautiful beach and conveniently close to a lovely bakery. Our host Stephania was wonderful !! Great communication and service ! The best ! This property was fantastic ! Top location close to all restaurants, supermarkets and facilities. Stunning beach and views from the several balconies and access to a huge pool from the back. Very comfortable beds, white sheets , white towels, washing machine, quality aircon, dishwasher and so much more ! What a find !! We will definitely return !

We met Barbara at the property who gave us the key and showed us how everything worked. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and toiletries provided. It has a well equipped kitchen with FF, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and microwave. Everything worked perfectly The beds were really comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay, although it was short, and would definitely return and recommend. It’s about 7 minute walk to the fabulous Mondello beach.

Everything was perfect. Spacious and clean apartment, fully equiped kitchen, including coffee, salt,...Ninni was extraordinery host, welcome us with drink and gift for children. He also prepared a tasting of typical sycilian dish for us. He gave us a lot of informations about the place and even Palermo. The apartment is very close to the beach, bus stop, restaurants, the street itself is quiet.
