Nice quiet location and very clean

The accommodation is absolutely perfect, the rooms are spacious, clean, the bed is comfortable and everything in the mini bar is available to guests free of charge. The pool is neat and clean, sunbeds and umbrellas are available, and the environment is maintained. Breakfast is rich, the owner prepares a different delicacy every morning - must try! The staff is very kind and helpful. We'll be back for sure!

This guesthouse is very tastefully decorated. It's clear the owners care about using high-quality materials, with beautiful wood featured in the furniture, ceilings, and finishes. We were the only guests during our stay in the off-season, which meant we had the lovely lounge area all to ourselves—a great space with access from all the rooms. It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful at night. The breakfast was delicious and our requests were kindly accommodated, despite our late evening arrival. Owners speak only italian, but somehow we managed to understand each other. Thank you so much!

Everything is perfect,house is clean and in calm location. It has everything you will need. The owner is friendly.

First of all - Vera is a super-optimistic, welcome and friendly host. She sent us a short welcome note the first day and 'warned' :) us she spoke no English. We were lucky enough to have Vera also hosting her family for their holidays - and they were coming from London, which we took as advantage in this case;P Other than that, with Vera's willingness to provide any help and seeking for good communication with guests, having in mind translating-apps present all around these days we find the 'warning' being a no-issue at all:) The apartment is so well-fully-equipped and intuitive to use so you end up not needing to ask anything at all, besides guidance for local 'must-see' places around (which we recommend doing by the way). So, the apartment is actually the whole ground floor of a stand-alone house, having a beautiful, well maintained surrounding garden. It has two entries (one from the kitchenette to small Summer table space opening towards the garden and the place where you park your car, 3 bedrooms (one, no, actually two double-bed ones - fresh bed linen inclusive), spacious living room with a big table and corner coach, and the open kitchen. All of that is just READY for anything that you (we) imagine on doing for daily living, even coffee and the traditional moka-pot. The cooking plate is gas/flame while the stove is electric, as well as keettle. All dishes are ready bor cooking, warming, baking and serving, however, you gotta wash them 'by-hand' afterwards;) Vera has a cabinet full of beautiful crystal glasses of all kinds, which you can utilise for evening aperoles and so on. There is mid+ -sized fridge with froster. Bathroom offers a spacious shower and a set of fresh towels. What is rather unique, there are roller blinds in EACH window - no need to worry for the early-morning sun if you don't like that. I probably forgot to mention a half of the house advantages, forgive me.
