We had a very warm welcome upon arrival and were made to feel at home right away. The apartment was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The place is magical especially if you have kids. They can enjoy the interaction with the friendly animals that roam around. The apartment and the outdoor space as well as the pool are clean and well maintained. The location is excellent. A short drive to several nice local restaurants, 3 min away from the supermarket and within a reasonable driving distance from several beautiful beaches. We had a very pleasant stay and would love to go back one day.

The property is newly renovated with air con, tv and has Wi-Fi a fridge, coffee facilities - everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property inside is compact but very comfortable for 2 people for one night. Double bed is extra large and comfortable. Great shower; although small. We booked very last minute on the evening of our stay and Davide was very helpful & accommodating.

The place was quiet and comfy as expected. The host was really kind and welcoming, she explained us everything which were needed for us during our trip. Some coffee was provided gracefully, which was unexpected ! The space is clearly sufficient and well managed. The air conditionner placed in the bedroom is quiet, even when working. Perfect to stay at the right temperature during hot nights. The bathroom is big enough to keep dedicated stuff into the place without any problem. It is also very functionnal, even if the hot water was sometimes a bit hard to manage into the shower. The kitchen is totally functionnal, with several furnitures and all the kitchen ustensils you need. The best location we had during our trip in Sardina, by far.

From the moment we arrived, Rita made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. She was exceptionally helpful, respectful, and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. Whether it was providing local tips, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable, Rita went above and beyond in every aspect. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, exuding charm. It was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy, home-like comfort. Our room was serene, with a lovely view of the surrounding landscape. The location of the home stay was another highlight. Nestled in a peaceful area, it provided a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle, yet it was conveniently close to Olbia's main attractions and exquisite beaches. We enjoyed the picturesque surroundings and the easy access to stunning beaches. Overall, our experience at Rita's home stay was nothing short of exceptional. Her hospitality made us feel truly cared for, and the beauty of the house and its ideal location made our trip to Olbia unforgettable. Excellent location and view over the ocean is outstanding ! Wonderful facilities and comfortable beds . Good support from the host , Sergio, at all times. We were travelling as a family , so having a washer and tumble dryer plus clothes rack was very important to us . Lovely patio to sit around a dining table , relax and look out at the view was very welcome ! Close to many restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. Covered, on-site parking for one car. You definitely need a car in this area. Excellent access to the highway and about 20 minutes from the Costa Smeralda Airport.
