It is a new property with vineyards and olive trees around and conveniently located from major attractions, 10 mintes to San Gimignano, about an hour from Siena, and Pienza The rooms are neat and clean with a good view . What an wonderful place! Up on the hills with breathtaking Tuscany views: This place is just adorable! The apartment we've stayed were cozy and had all for a great stay: rooms are simple but confortable and nicely cleaned + pet friendly, with a nicely furnished kitchen, tv area, great heating and private parking.They also offered optional breakfast (delicious!) Not to mention the kind attention of the hosts : Ive booked the wrong room and had all kindly arranged to meet our needs! Thanks to all!!! If we return to the area this will be surely our place again! (would love to enjoy pool on summer!!)

The villa is beautifully located, offering magnificent views of the Tuscan hills, has a cosy beautiful garden. Parking is easy. The room has everything for comfortable stay, spotlessly clean. I’ve honestly never seen such impeccably white sheets and towels Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and everything tasting delicious. The hospitable owner made us feel very welcome, personally preparing coffee and hot chocolate for our son. If we return to Tuscany, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cosy, quiet & super authentic! We loved everything about our stay in Antica! Staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive & helpful. The breakfast’s out in the vineyards was such a lovely touch to really feel immersed in the Tuscan countryside.

Podere Bellavista is in the most idyllic Tuscany countryside. The service and facilities are second to known. The food was amazing. Highly recommend staying in to enjoy the evening meals sitting in the open air, next to the Olive trees with the town San Gimignano in view. Great value for money, fine dining. The pool is magnificent. The rooms, modern and very clean, set amongst beautiful gardens. So many places to sit and relax and soak up all the beautiful surroundings.
