Our stay at Gyedong Hanok 125 was truly exceptional. The spacious dining table easily fit our whole family, making meals and conversations a joy. The hanok is newly built yet fully equipped with modern amenities, so we enjoyed both the beauty of tradition and the comfort of convenience. The location is unbeatable—right on lively Gyedong-gil, with bakeries, cafés, gift shops, and restaurants just steps away. Major cultural spots like the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, the Museum of Korean Craft, and Insadong are all within walking distance. What made it unforgettable was relaxing in the courtyard patio, looking up at the pine tree while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. A rare oasis in the middle of Seoul. The location was perfect after a long flight, I took a short taxi ride. The apartment has everything you need, including snacks and hair tools. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. There’s a convenience store down the street as well. The host was incredibly nice and replied to my messages right away. It’s very easy to check in, no keys needed. I was a little confused on where to get in but someone helped me, everyone in the area was very kind. Highly recommend staying here!
