This is a wonderful, spacious property that's perfect for groups. We traveled with friends and had a fantastic time at Calm Villa. The host was incredibly accommodating, fulfilling our additional requests and responding promptly to all our needs throughout our stay. The villa is neatly maintained and well-equipped. The patio area provided a lovely outdoor space for our group to gather, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The host also arranged generous breakfast portions for us each morning, which was a great touch.

HARD TO FIND - PLEASE CHECK TIPS BELOW!! Wow, what a new, modern, beautifully styled room. Nice quiet spot off the busy road, friendly hosting family, comfy bed and sheets, plenty of space to put bags and belongings, fresh open air bathroom with large plants, a bath and shower gel/shampoo. The problem was, we have iPhones and used Apple Maps to get to the place, and we never got there! The location on Apple Maps and the address on Booking.com is wrong!! We spent hours driving around with no wifi, asking locals where it was and no one knew. And no one was answering the number provided by Booking.com. So tips, use google maps to locate the place! There isn’t any business signs, it’s a large brick/block fence with a black gate on the corner (vacant block to door). I have added photos from the street. And lastly, it is well worth finding! They are also building a couple more rooms for the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Kuki Villa! The room was clean, spacious, and cozy — exactly what I was hoping for. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning view; waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean each morning was pure bliss. The pool faces directly out to the sea, making it a perfect spot for relaxing or reading a book with the waves in the background. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and very competent — they made everything feel effortless and truly enhanced the overall experience. The whole place has a peaceful, laid-back vibe that made it hard to leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, serene setting.

It's a peaceful and serene location. The environment is calm, and the surroundings are beautiful. The room was cozy, and while it wasn't very large, it had everything I needed to feel comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. The owner also helped with renting a bike, making it easy to get to the beach. Overall, great value for the price and an ideal spot to unwind. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. In the busiest season of the year, it finds it difficult to get chepear and comfortable accommodation. But Spring Villa has all that everyone needs to stay comfortable; a/c, nice beds, enough space, hot water, unequaled location (far from the noise of the traffic, in a beautiful neighborhood, close to Marshmallow and Kabalana surf points and 10 minutes to the center town by foot). Finally, standing out the kindness and warthness from the owners... it makes you feel at home. Cooking local dishes for breakfast, waving goodbye all the time that we leave and fulfilling the needs we had. We will miss them a lot! Please don't hesitate 🙏. You won't regret being there!
