Netflix on the tv, microwave, toaster oven, cutleries, iron & water heater are all available. Location wise, it is quite nearby to famous tourist spots & eateries, although driving is still required. The landlord is very accommodating & provided all the needed information before check-in.

The house itself-its new renovated unit.Complete basic facilities and equipped with wifi & netflix😆My family enjoyed our stay here.Location wise,nearby to Aeon mall.The host is very helpful & responsive to our need.Even he manage to assist us during our check in time even its already late -10pm that time.Will definitely come back here next time.

Easily one of the best homestays/B&B/hostels I've ever staying regardless of country. Well appointed, very clean, spacious, easily accessible, and overall comfortable. Fairly standard Malaysia terrace house, but with three rooms plus another upstairs in the loft. Master and loft come with ensuites, so 3 bathrooms in all! All nicely renovated, new, modern and clean. Towels provided in the bedrooms, with A/C and fans and beds and pillows were comfortable enough. Kitchen is fully decked out with marble table, microwave, cooktop, and even H/C water dispenser. Plenty of parking space and key was easily accessed through a lock box. And not to mention, the owner must be a keen gardener as there were lovely, beautiful pot plants to greet you at the front. Can't fault it at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, just like being at home. The host was friendly and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was convenient, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. I especially loved the homely atmosphere and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed like family by the hosts. They made sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and at ease. The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully.The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the little touches that made the space feel like a home away from home. The shared spaces were equally inviting, with a lovely garden and a peaceful atmosphere. What truly stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the hosts – they really made the experience special.
