The host was very very very responsive and super helpful. They will prompt to my questions and they even helped us booked a tennis court out of the compound. They will concern with our checking in when we arrived later than expected. The place is very clean and the surrounding is quite. There are 24 hours mart outside the compound. Is a good property if a huge group travelling together. Cars can be parked within the compound, at least 3 to 4 cars. There are 2 bedrooms on ground floor and 3 bedrooms on 2nd with attached bathrooms for all. 2 dining area 1 huge living room and a kitchen.

Location very good..quiet neighbourhood. Near to shops. Just a drive away. The villa looks old from the outside but the interior is well maintain. Bed is sooo comfy. Aircon cooling. The host, Dylan make it sure that my guests stay comfortable & we have free breakfast on our last day! And yes, we had fun! Definitely will recommend this villa to my family & friends. Thank you, Dylan & Team!

Everything was great, came with family of 7 but still got so much spaces. They provided 2 extra mattresses and one extra blanket. It is quite close with Desaru Coast Waterpark and surrounded with a lot of F&B too. Loved all of it! Can park 2 cars inside and even the cooking utensils are complete! Literally one of the best to stay with family!

The unit is very beautiful, and my kids especially love the side astro-turf grass lawn by the side, for playing soccer or just running around. Location is safe and centralised, with close proximity to the beach mall, shopping area and Desaru Fruit Farm. Nice and peaceful gettaway from busy JB area.

Clear instruction received on how to get the keys. Nice and cozy house. The house is spacious for 7 of us. Love the decoration of the house. you can cook here because all the equipment is there, also can plan to have bbq too. It is located in new residential area, and already have some shops nearby to get your basic necessities. Overall we are satisfied with our stay here.
