This is a simple apartment with self catering the room was capable of taking 4 people. The hosts were both really helpful. They made useful suggestions when I asked about local trails and help me get the right bus. As a two star accommodation it offered very good value for money.

The host, Bessy was very kind and helpful. She perfectly symbolizes the Seychellois' culture. She allowed an early check-in free of charge and ensured we were properly taken care of. I was travelling with my parents, wife and infant daughter. None of us had any problem with the place or the facilities. The house is close to the bus stop but it is advisable to rent a car as Mahe public buses' frequency is not that great. The house is just a few meters from the beach which was a plus. There are three decent restaurants accessible by foot. The house had three large bedrooms with ACs in all of them and the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped and there a supermarket about 5 min by foot. The property is fenced and a garden with Tortoises makes the stay very pleasant and peaceful. I will surely recommend this place for a quiet holiday at Mahe.

Our stay in the property was amazing. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment for 5 people and it was perfect, a lot of space and very comfy for all of us. The location of the place and the view are incredible, we rented a car and we could move everyday to different areas. The common areas such as pool were also really nice. The staff was the most amazing part, they made us feel welcomed from the very beginning, special thanks to Didi, who was so friendly and caring with us.

    What a gem! VI Lodge is tucked away on the beautiful north coast of Mahe. It is very private, with beautiful views and stylishly decorated. Gene left us fresh fruits, bread, eggs & real butter with delicious jams. Also milk, coffee and teas. Comfortable bed, good shower, especially the outside shower was a real treat. A very romantic and cosy stay. Gene & Phil was also very generous in allowing us to stay till the afternoon as our flights were in the evening. Highly recommended accommodation and super host. 10/10 score.

    The Owners of Creole Cottage Homestay made me feel home and very welcome. This is a simple but cosy apartament, just ca 17-20 minutes walk from the AirPort - therefore for me it was a perfect place to stay for the first night in Seychelles. you can reach it walking from the AirPort - uphill and downhill, the Google Maps will help 🙂. you can chill in a small Garden with beautiful orchids.
