Such a beautiful place, the grounds are absolutely stunning and the atmosphere was so peaceful and beautiful from morning to night. Everybody was so helpful, especially our host Taj who gave us some great tips for the area and some great recommendations. The scenery around this place is stunning, we had such a lovely stay here. A rare find and a gem! An incredible spot with excellent hospitality from the hosts. We were a group of 6, though the Villa comfortably fits 8. Perfect for a relaxing rural getaway, we were attending a wedding in Mae Rim and spent most of the time enjoying the incredible paddy field views and the delicious breakfasts cooked by the hosts. The sunrise is worth waking up for, especially in December when the golden sky is reflected by the water. The villa is perfect for a group, 4 double bedroom of similar sizes, all with en suite bathrooms. Beautiful clean rooms each with idyllic views. The villa is set at the edge of the rice paddy fields. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of heart into the property. They do everything themselves and to high standard. James was very responsive to all our questions on WhatsApp, his family lives next door and he arranged transport for us to and from the villa. He’d bring us orange juice when he saw us in the coffee / breakfast area. Delicious cooked Asian and western breakfast every day at a time of your choosing. Laundry service is great, just put it outside the door and all done the next day. Fast internet, great hot water and pressure, TVs have Netflix. You can also easily get GrabFood meal deliveries delivered by motorbike to the house. All of us loved the stay and it’s by far the best villa I’ve experienced on this platform! Highly recommend. 10/10.

This is a lovely villa and a great place to stay if you are visiting in Chiang Mai. The location is slightly out of the centre. However, Grab's are easy to come by and relatively inexpensive, so do not let the location deter you. We booked this rather last minute and was shocked at how beautiful it was. We stayed here for 4 days whilst we visited for the Yi Peng Festival. There were 4 of us but this villa could sleep over 10 people. The villa is spread across 5 floors with your own living room and kitchen. There are also washing and drying facilities, which were particularly useful during our second week in Thailand! The villa forms part of a resort that has its own swimming pool for those particularly hot days. There is a 7 Eleven close by, which is convenient. However, there are few food options or bars close by. It would be better to venture into Chiang Mai for that. I would highly recommend this villa if you are a large group visiting Chiang Mai. Also, the hosts were fantastic throughout our stay and very easy to contact by WhatsApp messaging.
