The property is in Armutalan, it has loads of little convenience stores just a few roads away, pharmacy and places to eat. Definitely check out Cite Pide. Armutalan has it’s own strip of restaurants, bars and shops which is about 10-15 minute walk if you didn’t fancy going into Marmaris centre. It is quite hilly, so if you have elders in the family or kids and you don’t have a car this is something to consider. The pool is a lovely size and always clean. The property was clean inside out. The bedrooms have aircon but not the living room. We went when it was 35 degrees so sat in the garden on an evening if we weren’t out. The host is so friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a car and carrying water was hard so he picked us up 2 bottles and wouldn’t take the money. The kitchen has kettle, fridge/ freezer, oven etc. could’ve have done with a microwave. Not many of the locals speak English but we managed and they are really friendly if you need a taxi they are more than happy to call one for you. I would download google translate. Definitely would go again and stay here. Lovely villa, has everything you need

The house is located in a quiet residential area. It was important for us to find a location near Marmaris center and beaches but away from daily nocturnal noise from the clubs. The appartament is very spațios with a huge living area, has AIR CONDITIONING in all the rooms which is very important. The beds are confortabile, bedsheet and towels are very clean. The kitchen is modern and full equipped. The pool was very appreciated by all of us, was very clean. Very beautiful lemon tree garden, perfect to see in the mornig with a coffee near.

The hosts were friendly and willing to help. We easily found the house. It is great and cozy, also it have a lot of space. All required appliances were inside the house, including dishwasher and washing machine. We had everything that need for cooking. The location is also great, among trees and mountains.

I liked the location of the property it was in old town Marmaris near the castle and Marina, the apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated. It had a beautiful view and the host was very kind allowed us to check on early and check out late because we had a baby which was perfect for our family.
