Super clean and tidy. Good location it was very calm and safe. Not too far from the old quarter (we did walk there takes ish an hour) good views of lake and plenty of nice cafe to stop by. The room was basic but very cozy and comfortable. The host was super sweet and always had snacks and noodles available!

The location is absolutely amazing! I couldn’t believe the apartment is just 2-3 steps away from restaurants, barbecue spots, and bars all on the same street. While the street outside is bustling and lively, the apartment itself is incredibly quiet. The perfect place if you are traveling with a lot of people as there are plenty of bed rooms. The host was very friendly, accommodating and met our needs even late in the evening. The apartment was clean and very comfortably furnished. Towels, hygiene products and detergent were provided. It has a beautiful terrace on the rooftop with a clear view of the surrounding area. There is also a protected outdoor area with a whirlpool and the possibility of hanging up laundry without fear of it flying away. The location is perfect. It's just a few minutes' walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and there are numerous restaurants and activities in immediate vicinity. You can also get a list of recommendations from the host, saving you a lot of additional research. Please note that there are many stairs, very common for Vietnamese houses. You can also expect the typical Hanoi noise and market smells. It didn't bother me at all because that's the charm of the city. I am completely satisfied with the apartment, I had a wonderful time there and could imagine to coming back in the future.

In old quarter Hanoi...our check in goes smoothly thanks to Mr.Khanh the cohost .. he is very polite and very helpful.. thought way to the room was quite tricky but once you are in property it's so beautiful and comfortable just like as shown in the picture.. we are family of five we cook there and they have everything microwave blender machine airfryer..etc.. we had a wonderful time.. thank you Mr. Khanh...

I had such an amazing experience at S.Sens Homes! The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The room was exactly what I hoped for—cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location was super convenient, with lots of great places to eat and hang out just around the corner. I’d definitely love to come back!
